Hj Raizam is known as Hj Ray, a 60 years old graduate of FOOD TECHNOLOGIST at Sydney Institute of Technology Australia (1992). Hj Raizam owns GEO GROUP LANGKAWI which runs Tourism education via GEO Training STUDIO Sdn Bhd and a travel agency GEO TRAVEL & TOURS Sdn Bhd. These companies are set to complement his over 30 years Hospitality and Tourism business experiences and interests.
Hj Raizam contributes a key directive role in all his companies, value-adding hospitality and tourism businesses in Malaysia, Australia, Peru, Republic of Guinea (Africa) and Republic of Congo (Africa). Besides his ability to speak several languages ie English, Malay, French at fluent level and thus facilitating languages, he also conducts hospitality, tourism and customer service training programs. Hj Raizam has recently attended HALAL training at HALAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and listed as one of HDC’s new trainers. He also played a key role in tourism program for Radio Langkawi Malaysia IN 1995, 2002-2004, and 2014-2015.
Among a few, he has successfully conducted Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service Training and English programs for VADS (Subsidiary of TM Net), PERHDA (Perak State), The Westin, Tg Rhu, Sheraton, Pelangi Resort, The Andamans, Bayview, Rebak Island Resort, Tg Sanctuary and many other hotels and resorts around Langkawi.
