Madam Citra is an entrepreneur with vast experience in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years in the administration, coordination and managing people. She has obtained on-the-job training experience from back to basic and work experiences in various hotels namely at the Front Office department, Food & Beverage department, and the Human Resources department. She started her career in the accounting department from 1981 until 1990, thereafter taking a break of 12 years to switch to family life.
