What is this course really?
This course is organized by Ministry of Tourism Malaysia to boost the friendliness of our frontliners, in particular our Tourist Guides. This course is carried out 1 day (8.30-6pm) containing 5 Modules. The Certificate is Mandatory in order to apply for City Guide License.
